Here is a rather rough digest (between 5 and 20 pages per chapter) of NT Wright, The Letter to the Romans: Introduction, Commentary, and Reflections: New Interpreter’s Bible, Volume X (Abingdon Press, Nashville, 2002), but with occasional modifications and additions from other sources, and of my own, generally not marked. These were for a course I taught at St Nicholas Orthodox Church in San Anselmo, California, during the fall and winter of 2012. I will eventually combine these into a single document, but for the moment the chapters are separate:
